Zbazi Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before using our services

Welcome to zbazi. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and zbazi ("we", "us", "zbazi"). By using the zbazi website, app, or any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full.

1General Terms & Conditions

Zbazi is an online Sports Betting platform designed for Bangladeshi users. By using zbazi's services, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to place bets.
• You are placing bets on zbazi for personal entertainment, not for professional purposes.
• You are placing bets in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
• Using zbazi's services is not legally restricted in your country.
• zbazi will notify you of any changes to these terms, but it is your responsibility to check them regularly.

Zbazi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

A valid account is required to place bets on zbazi. You must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration.

• Each individual may only open one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact zbazi support immediately.

3Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on zbazi. These rules apply to all betting markets.

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please review all details carefully before confirming.
• Preview odds are subject to change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be voided or refunded in accordance with zbazi's policy.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — if there is a delay, your bet may be confirmed at different odds.
• zbazi reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error.
• Bets placed in unusually high volumes or suspicious patterns may be subject to review.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each market.

Zbazi believes betting should be transparent and fair. Any dispute over a bet outcome will be reviewed by zbazi's support team, and their decision shall be considered final.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Zbazi supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT. Maximum limits vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• zbazi reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawal requests submitted with incorrect information may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended.
• zbazi reserves the right to investigate transactions where money laundering or fraud is suspected.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Zbazi regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each comes with its own terms and conditions, which apply alongside the general Terms & Conditions.

• The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated separately.
• Bonus funds can only be used for betting and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds without meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• Claiming the same bonus more than once will be treated as fraud.
• zbazi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on zbazi. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds on deposit.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses from multiple devices or IP addresses.
• Placing bets using insider or confidential information about a match.
• Exploiting technical loopholes or bugs for personal gain.
• Hacking, phishing, or committing fraud against other users.
• Threatening or harassing zbazi staff.

7Account Suspension & Closure

Zbazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• If suspicious betting patterns or signs of fraud are detected.
• By order of a court or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

Upon account closure, zbazi will return any valid balance within a reasonable timeframe — though this may not apply in cases of fraud or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

8Responsible Betting

Zbazi believes betting should be entertainment — not a solution to life's problems. We actively promote responsible betting.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can deactivate your account for a set period or permanently.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Betting History Review: You can view your betting activity at any time.
• Support Links: Resources and professional support information are available for problem gambling.

9Privacy & Personal Data

Zbazi takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Our privacy policy (Privacy Policy) form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
